Stacy was awesome. She's very advised on everything like how I should book my room and everything. They kept a very clean space outside and in. She replaced the batteries in our thermostat right away. Noah's questions asked. Excellent place to stay. I will stay here again without a doubt.

Nice and clean, which I very much appreciated. We needed a ground floor room and they made sure of that for us. Very basic- kind of “bare bones” accommodations, but you get what you pay for and it was very clean and pretty quiet, and worked for what we needed.

it’s an OK place to stop if you need just one night stay on your travel somewhere else. I don’t suggest using the outside entrance or parking on the corner. The staff wasn’t as friendly as most hotels the room was clean enough. I just didn’t feel very safe there. That said I was traveling alone one good thing they do take dogs and they don’t charge a fortune for them. I would say if you need a hotel for one night, stay over it’s clean enough for that but try and get an upstairs room and use the lobby entrance. I was able to get a couple extra coffee packs for the coffee maker in the room some hotels don’t have coffee makers anymore, which is very annoying. This one still does which was nice.

Plenty of parking with a clean room and accommodating staff. I had an issue with my shower drain and they took care of it right away and checked in afterwards to make sure it was still working properly.

Dog potty area needed to be picked up better, floor in room could have been a little more polished but overall it was good! The staff was excellent there in Greencastle, Ind!! We will be back!
