"Lovely staff, basic but clean and nice breakfast"

"Hotel was about a 5 minute walk from the underground stop Tower Hill. Close by to many of the tourist attractions by walking distance or to get to them using the underground. Staff was friendly upon arrival Matilde at the front desk was very friendly and patient with all of our questions. Room was clean and exactly how the pictures describe thank you Tatiana. Executive room came with lounge access which was amazing for drinks and snacks. Room air conditioning and bed comfort were amazing. Stayed during the heat wave and the room did not disappoint. Breakfast Buffett was also good and convenient. WiFi worked well in the room."

"A clean and cozy experience. The room is ample sized. I prefer to get the room with the window as it feels like a premium room. There is little storage space which is something to be wary about. The room features full air conditioning and was perfect for our stay during a heatwave"

"Lovely quite location in Canery Wharf only 5 mins from Jubilee Line. Plenty to do and see close by. Staff were lovely. We were there on the hottest week of the year and unfortunately no air con in rooms. Only fan which helped a bit. Too hot to leave window open. Therefore uncomfortable nights sleeping. There is a lovely seating area and lounge to sit around and free tea/coffee"

"Great location with easy access to the tube. It is Further away from central London so it is good if you don’t want to be close to the tourists, but still have easy access. It is about 30 minute ride depending on where you want to go. Lots of great eateries close by with brick lane. Quiet hotel with helpful staff. Sofa bed needs replacing. Very uncomfortable even for my teenage kiddo who can sleep on anything. Regular queen bed was decent. Air conditioner was excellent. Only two complaints: 1. Beware of the 20% discretionary service charge on total bill. I tried to do express check out but couldn’t remove the discretionary fee so I had to go to the front desk, which they happily assisted me with but it defeated the express checkout feature. 2. Rooftop bar/restaurant was difficult to access with limited hours. So plan accordingly if you want to use it."
