"We love the convenient location on the Strand - closeby to Covent Garden’s - surrounded by amenities for shopping - dining - theatres- the staff and check in experience are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Food Restaurant Bar Underground tube - railway - and bus route - 91 to/from Kings Cross- we have used the hotel for 10 years, comfortable beds, rooms spacious, art deco modern and very clean well maintained amenities - Including Rituals, delicious coffee capsules and a quiet room. We generally eat breakfast at the Watch House Covent Garden & visit the nearby Coal Hole pub opposite as we enjoy the live music after a full day of exploring our London events."

"The bed was comfortable. The room had all the expected amenities. Soap dispensers were either faulty or empty. And there is no A/C so in summer I expect the temp will be too hot. The 12th floor lounge with free coffee/tea was really nice. And the gym was much better than the average hotel gym. Located close to all the amenities bars restaurants and tube and only a few minutes from the main central London attractions. I will stay here again on my next visit"

"I was arriving early morning on Wednesday and I wanted to be able to check in immediately so I booked a room from Tuesday night. I arrived and was told me room was not ready! I wasn't given an estimate for when my room would be ready, and I sat in the lobby almost 40 minutes until I got my key. The hotel offered a courtesy breakfast and drinks, but I demanded a refund for the prior night since they didn't honor immediate check-in. They didn't give it to me right away but after a follow-up email I got that refund at least. The room they gave me was an accessible wheelchair room, with an awkward shower and low sink. I did not request this nor was I told that's what I would be receiving. Poor property, and it wasn't that cheap either."

"The hotel is utterly breathtaking – I have never experienced such a delightful and enchanting place to stay. Every corner is adorned with an exquisite array of ornaments, statues, paintings and elegant furniture, all chosen with impeccable taste. Not a speck of dust could be found anywhere, reflecting the hotel's exceptional attention to detail. The staff were exceptionally attentive and welcoming, and the breakfast was superb – even the avocado was perfectly ripe! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. My only concerns were locating my room and the placement of charms within it. I received a complimentary upgrade to a room on the fourth floor; however, navigating the hallways late at night proved challenging due to insufficient signage in the main areas. It took multiple attempts before I successfully found the room (and a solo female traveller, the ease of finding a room is paramount), so additional signage would be beneficial. The upgraded room featured a Buddha-inspired design, with a decorative arrangement of tassels and charms positioned beneath the air conditioning unit. When the air conditioner operated, it intermittently moved the charms, resulting in persistent noise throughout the night. As I am sensitive to sound while sleeping, relocating these decorations to another part of the room may improve guest comfort."
