"The front desk staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was decent with options like pastries, waffles, eggs, and biscuits with gravy. There were several issues during my stay. The lobby air conditioning seemed to be off or not working, with only a floor fan running. The ice machine on my floor was out of order. The hallways were hot and musty, and the walls and doors throughout the hotel had noticeable scuffs and paint chips. My room was 78 degrees when I arrived and took a while to cool down. There was a golf ball-sized hole in the door frame, and the bottom corner of the door had brown marks from repeated contact over time. The bathroom had paint on the floor, and the shower glass was not clean. The shampoo and conditioner were nearly empty. The towels had an unpleasant smell, and my room was never cleaned during my stay—sheets were not changed and fresh towels were not provided, despite a sign stating they would be. The toilet did not flush properly, and there were brown and yellow stains on the bathroom walls. The housekeeping closet is next to the elevator and it was left open, I saw two dirty toilet cleaning brushes left on the ground and a large number of small black specks on the floor that looked like possible animal droppings. Overall, the staff was friendly, but the cleanliness and maintenance was pretty bad."

"I am a frequent traveler. My first stay at a Holiday Inn. This was one of my best stays in 76years. Staff, especially Jasvae were more than courteous, helpful, and accommodating. She even came to room to adjust volume on television. Young lady that prepared breakfast made sure late guess were also fed. Room was comfortable and clean. I travel with cleaning supplies!"

"This place was filthy! The first room they gave me was filthy. The second room was filthy and the third room was filthy. As a matter of fact I cut my stay short just because it was not only dirty, filthy and clean it was unsafe."

"Breakfast and the swimming pool in the atrium were the highlights of the stay. Very nice! And a hot tub! Room was nice and clean, the beds super soft and comfy, ac is cold which I love. Only negative is it is an older hotel, with many of the rooms on the outside. But overall, would definitely stay here again!"

"Upon room checkin I came across some housekeeping problems with a bathroom mirror splattered with something and a dirty desk. Took photos. Called the front desk, went back to check in to switch rooms. Minor plaster damage on bathroom wall noted front desk upon departure. Friendly hotel staff, special kudos to Mr Hertz for his great assistance!"
