「Our room was unclean. Hair all over the bathroom and dirt on the floor. We had a large centipede in our room and when we asked for housekeeping to clean and maintenance to remove the insect, we were told we were not a priority as there were 2 weddings happening. We checked out after only 2 of our 4 nights. Amy C. Who is a front desk employee was so kind and empathetic and saw to a refund of the nights we did not stay. All other staff were extremely uncaring and unwilling to help the...

「I would choose this next time.」

「Basically a trucker stop. Bathroom in our room was clean-ish, if you dont mine other people's hair on the floor, in the shower, or on the door frame. Stains on the inside of the comforter and dried food in the in-room mini fridge. We stayed two nights for a wedding and honestly would not come back. If you are passing through and need a place to sleep/showerz this will do otherwise pass on it.」

「The property is close to attractions. Hallways are dark and not inviting to walk down. Room was nice had holes in floor in bathroom behind toilet.」

「We had to ask repeatedly to get a fourth pillow. The breakfast was very basic in a small, crowded area.」

「The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Management was friendly and tended to any needs. We would be happy to stay there again.」

「The room is extremely small and the bed is also very small. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed. My child could only sleep on the floor. No one came to change the bath towels in our room. The accommodation experience was extremely poor.」

「Clean rooms and helpful staff」

「We in town for the weekend for All Truck Nationals. Was a quite cozy little spot for the weekend. We enjoyed our stay.」

「I’d go back every month if I had the time.」

「Very nice facility with clean rooms and a great bar/grill/pub attached. One drawback was it was quite noisy with multiple guests having multiple dogs. You could hear the running and playing in the room above us which is kind of expected in a facility of this age with wooden floors. This will not keep us from staying here again on our next visit to Maggie Valley.」

「A nice place but in the fall they need to clean up the leaves on the stairs & walk way.」

「It's a beautiful area and best western was a great place to enjoy it! Hoping to be back in April.」

「Loved everything about this property! Room and whole property were extremely clean which is most important to me! I highly recommend the room with a balcony- it’s a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Look forward to visiting again!」

「Bathroom water flow not good, terrible bed, they need a new one it was a king, floor was dirty」
