「10 oda tutarak kalabalık bir aileyle gittiğimiz bu tatilde otelin sunduğu imkanlardan çok memnun kaldık. Oteldeki doluluk oranı genelde daha düşük olması nedeniyle az personel bulunmasına rağmen her ihtiyacımıza yetişmeye çalıştılar. Odalar da gayet konforluydu. Her konuda memnun kaldık. Yalnızca otelde şampuan kalmadığı için odalara servis yapamadılar. Kahve ya da suya ulaşmak da biraz zahmetliydi her seferinde resepsiyondaki personele söylüyorduk. 「Staff is super helpful and friendly. Muhammed and Bedirhan were exceptional in how they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hotel in general was well run and the staff overall were impressive. A hotel can be luxurious and nicely decorated etc but what makes the real difference is the staff. 「This is a fantastic location on the Bosphorus with stunning views. The rooms are spacious and very nicely furnished. One gets the feeling of staying at a seaside mansion. 「Nişanlımla Düğünümüzvar çekimi için sadece yakın olduğu için seçtiğimiz otel gerçekten mükemmeldi. Doğanın içinde harika bir otel. Sabah kuş cıvıltılarıyla uyandık. Nişanlıma classic, kendime standart oda seçmiştim. Standart oda biraz daha dar,1.katta ve balkonu dardı Ama nişanlımın odası classic oda diye geçen aile odasıydı. 2. Katta muhteşem bir manzarası vardı. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Tek gece konakladık ve hiçbir problemle karşılaşmadık. Sabah kahvaltımızı da otelde...

「The servers at breakfast buffet should be more proactive in waiting on the customers, not just clearing their dishes. Offering them another cup of coffee or tea. Instead of standing in the corner chatting with each other. Almost every day I had to tell them they ran out of coffee or cay. Also, the coffee machine that made special coffees, only worked 1 day out of 5.」

「This was the best accomodation during my stay in İstanbul. Comfortable rooms and the whole hotel in general is very clean. The restaurant is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. İ suggest this hotel to everyone who is planning to stay in this area.」
