Misleading Property Listing
- The Expedia listing claimed the property offered three outdoor pools and a children's pool, but there were only two outdoor pools and a children's pool.
- The listing also advertised EV charging, but the property did **not** have any EV charging facilities at all, which was misleading.
Breakfast Hours Inconsistency
- Breakfast hours were unreliable. At check-in, a sign stated breakfast started at 8:00 am, which was later changed to 8:30 am. Despite this, we still had to wait until 9:00 am for breakfast to be served.
Room Experience
- We reserved a "Deluxe Quadruple Room," which had only a glass door for entry and no windows. The only way to get fresh air was by leaving the door open, as there were no openable windows.
- After requesting a room change, we were moved to a room in the main building facing the street, but the price difference was not refunded.
Parking Limitations
- Parking is very limited. During high season, finding a parking spot near the property can be extremely difficult.
Overall Impression
- Based on these experiences, we would not choose to stay at this property again.
