「We had a great room the Junior Plus it has an awesome balcony. The room was large, great fridge/frezzer, walk in shower with lots of hot water. The upper pool was out place quiet great service and the view of the bay was unbleivable. 」

「We had a private pool overlooking the ocean and pool area which was fantastic. The hotel staff were wonderful. We tried all seven restaurants and enjoyed them all, we can't wait to come back.」

「The pool was kept very clean. The rooms were quite nice. Lots of hot water and great water pressure. There is a spa for massages and facials. I had a wonderful massage there at a great price. The staff were very accommodating though not many spoke very good English. All around it was a great stay 8/10. Be aware lots of Mexicans stay here.」

「The pictures are deceiving, you are not on the beach. You need to take a shuttle which is every 30 minutes. You can walk but if you have a bum knee it’s too much. Beach closes at 5pm and then no access. There is a show every night, it’s ok. The food was different yet the same. You need to dress up for the one specialty reataurant, and can only go once. For actual and not snacks you have no choice but to go to the beach club otherwise it’s hotdog, hamburger French fries chicken nuggets. The staff...

「No Air conditioning. There was a fan but it shook to an easy state. The noise from the city life was loud late as it is a touristy town. BUT The staff was friendly and had some good recommendations for local fare though it ended up being the most expensive meal of our trip. The pool was fun too. 3/5. 」
