「Check-in staff was very friendly and efficient. He continued to welcome me back each evening with a warm greeting. Breakfast is expensive with all the options one might expect from a hotel breakfast. (Make your own waffles, cereal, apples, bananas, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, breads, muffins, danish, milk, coffee, tea, juices, etc) The breakfast room seats about 30 and can get busy but people were respectful and aware of the space. 「唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這」

「Property was conveniently located to Colonial Williamsburg but is old even though they have renovated some parts of the room(s). The air was stuck on low, you could not adjust it to a higher speed and it did not work at all in the bathroom. 」
