「Molto pulito confortevole Vicino metro」

「房間乾淨舒服，飯店人員親切，空調很涼快（在炎熱的夏季非常重要），飯店走到地鐵站只需兩分鐘。」

「Is really really good to stay here . All staff is very nice n helpfully.」

「The good thing to say is that the receptionist was very friendly. And the covers in bed were clean. The room was very dusty. The shower was dirty (inside the shower it was okay though). When I arrived at 3pm I was told the room wouldn't be ready in three hours. Even though I was supposed to check in at 2pm. But the receptionist was kind to let me into wiFi and "guard" my luggage in the hallway. 」

「Good 1. 24 H service counter 2. Next to 24 h supermarket 3. Many restaurant /cafe shop down stair 4. Next to metro Bad 1. Room really old 2. Many things need to repair 3. Water lack from bath to the bed. 4. Air condition is not allow to switch on, only fan provided in extreme hot summer 」

「Great place to stay for a family of max 4. Very clean and nice apartment with a spacious balcony. Possible to prepare own meals if desired. Approx, 10 mins metro ride to the Duomo, very efficient and runs every 5th minute. Closest metro stop "Corvetto".」

「Horrible check in, by 3pm no check in information, we sent whatsapp, email and called for help and finally managed to check in at 3.30pm but accommodation was not ready it was missing sheets and cribs. Communication was frustrating and service rude and slow. Accommodation was ready at 6pm. The provider refused to compensate. Accommodation itself was good, near metro, restaurants, grocery and playground. Had stairs.」

「Small hotel with quite basic room condition Pros - Near to metro station, working elevator, decent breakfast spread Cons - Basic room conditions suitable for solo short stays 」
