Super accommodating desk clerk (Janette), who fixed our reservation for us - I swear we reserved a king bed, but we got two queens - anyway, she moved us. She also recommended several places to eat, and Inside the Five Brewery was excellent. Sylvania is a pretty town, we will stay here again.」

Our room didn’t have a seat in the shower (some rooms do) but the staff was so accommodating and installed a shower bench very quickly for my dad. We so appreciative of the staff being so accommodating whether it was to clean the room a little later, letting us know when our last minute package arrived and just being friendly. The breakfast...
