Check in and out process was very easy, the breakfast was great with variety and freshness, room was clean and in great condition. Only complaint is the pool was down while we stayed.

The water was hot and plentiful. The beds were super comfy and clean. The floor I don't think got vacuumed before we got in because it was not clean. The walls were a little thin. Lots of noise could be heard. Breakfast was simple but fresh.

There was hair all over the “clean” bed in the King Suite room… pillows were not comfortable and had no support. Room didn’t have a fridge which would’ve been helpful.

Room was very clean, but could use some repair (ripped curtains, large scratches on the door, etc.) Breakfast was nice. Customer service could use some work, took 40+ minutes to get a hair dryer that was not included in the room. Lots of running and yelling in the halls at all hours of the night.

I had a bad experience. I made my reservation and paid through Expedia because it said they had rooms available. I arrived with my family and to my surprise, they told me there were no rooms available, and they didn't offer a solution or refund my money.

This is probably the worst hotel I've stayed at in my adult life. The main issue is that we had a potential bedbug scare, which led to us changing the entire bedding alongside the maintenance guy (who was fantastic) around midnight. In addition, there is zero noise cancellation from the room doors and we heard frequent loud talking + doors closing outside our room starting around 6 AM. For full disclosure, they did give us a $40 refund from the room rate. However, this hotel is going on the avoid list for the future.
