"I would like to start off by saying I loved the walk in shower in my room. Unfortunately, there were a few issues with my stay. When I first checked in I was given 2 card keys to check into my room on the 12th floor. When we got up there, the keys did not work. I went down to the front desk staff to let them know, and they gave me new keys. I went back up to try the new keys and those also didn’t work. So I had to go back down to the front desk again to let them know. He said they would send a worker up to open the door and check the battery. Eventually we got into our room but this whole process took about 45 minutes and we were in a rush to get to an event. The staff did not seem to have urgency with this issue. Also, I had originally gotten a room with a king bed through Hotels.com but the room had a full bed which was disappointing. We didn’t want to risk switching and accidentally getting a room with a tub instead of the wall in shower we had. Also, there was not a trash can."

"The staff were accommodating, particularly Jasmine! Would absolutely stay here again! Great breakfast selection included and 24 hour coffee! Only real issue was traffic noise, but that's too be expected being directly adjacent to I25. I do recommend that the handicap parking have better nighttime lighting and that repairs be made to the black top so that debris isn't tripped over."
