This was not the quality of room we expected. Maybe they are short staffed, but the room wasn't ready at check-in time and there were hairs all over the bathroom. The lamps and the tv were all hooked up to the same light switch so if you turned the lights off, the tv went off and we had to unplug the lamps to watch tv. The hotel itself wasn't bad, but our room was not up to par.

Overall positive, with opportunities to be an excellent choice. I think the room cleaning every 2-3 days should be explained at the beginning, so that we can program to get supplies in daily basis from the lobby. Overall clean, also since it’s a pet friendly hotel, I think some exit areas might need additional care

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, no complaints. The breakfast minimal and not appetizing so we did without. The coffee, which is so important for most travelers, was sub par. If the hotel could fix one thing, please provide better coffee.

The bed was comfortable, and the place was clean with no worn out furniture or the like. In one of the bathrooms there was an intermittent drip under the sink, which I brought to their attention at check-out. There is no night light in the bathroom. The area is suburban bland, and there's not much to walk to, but there are plenty of parking lots to walk across. The breakfast selection was that typical for motels today (adequate). I would stay here again.

I will say that I am on a budget and that is why I chose this hotel. But, there are very simple things that can be done to improve. The breakfast can easily have more options. Our third morning there were multiple signs out that they were out of bread, and yogurt And other items. It was quite disappointing when there were already very few items to choose from. There are areas in the hotel that could use attention. For instance, the elevators have numbers missing and pieces of the wall decoration as well. We were there for four days, and the floor was never cleaned. It was quite disgusting. The trash cans were always overflowing. One of the doors did not have a functioning key entry so it was propped open which in my opinion is a safety issue. (Single woman traveling with a young child). I did ask for maintenance to come and try to help our bathtub train better. I never heard back if they came or not but the bathtub did not drain better. It was ankle deep water after only a couple minutes in the shower. This hotel has a couple of lovely gentlemen that work the front desk. Also, the woman that does the breakfast in the morning was very nice, but she needs some help to keep up with the demand. Also, some assistance from higher up with ideas on how to please the guests. No one there is happy with that breakfast. The rooms are spacious, the linens are nice and the location was convenient for us. We will spend a little bit more money to stay at a neighboring hotel next time.

This was generally a good experience. Property and room were clean; the bed was very comfortable. AC not too loud. Two things that could be improved: the toilet was dirty and didn't flush well (the toilet seat and bowl were dirty) and there were not glasses or cups supplied.

The hotel only provided 1 tiny bottle of body wash for 2 adults and no extra towels. Yes, more were available at reception but this was an inconvenience for sweaty people in 104 degree weather. There was no hair dryer; I can’t remember ever staying in a hotel without a hair dryer. The breakfast area could have used a microwave to heat the instant oatmeal since a thermos of hot water across the room was inadequate for the job.
