「It has an old world charm right on navesink river. Staff was fantastic. I had left my toiletries i called for it and it was left for me at front desk. Restaurant service and food was excellent. Only complaint certain rooms have no elevator access, you have to carry luggage up and down the stairs. 」

「The location might be a bit off for those who should love to live in the busy area, but it is 5 min walk to the major line to go to main attraction. The location is quiet and cozy. The room is well designed for the use of the space and the hotel staff just amazingly friendly and helpful. 」

「Staff are very nice persons. Whenever I need any travel information, they actively give advice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location (close to China Town) is good and convenient. There are several subway lines nearby. I like this hotel and would like to recommend it to friends. ^_^」

「A special shoutout to the associate who checked us in on Saturday morning — truly an angel. After a very rough flight, her warmth and professionalism set the tone for our trip in the best way possible. I wish I had written down everyone’s names, because every single staff member we encountered was amazing. The barista (only in her first week!) greeted us with such a bright smile, the bellman from my hometown of Los Angeles helped us get a ride to the airport, and Donny on overnight duty gave us...
