「Lovely hotel. Update with beautiful rooms and bathroom. Clean as clean can be. Asked for fresh towels the next day and boom! at the door before 12 noon! Wonderful staff working the front desk. Breakfast was more than enough with great choices! Location is great. Restaurants and grocery stores minutes away. Imlay City, MI is just a beautiful area of Michigan. I give it a BIG THUMBS UP!」

「This property needs a serious overhaul. Additionally, the family that owns this property would be well served to stop using the hotel as their "family room" or play center. Very unprofessional.」

「Setting is beautiful. Room was small but nice and lacked seating other than on bed. It was early in the season so pool wan't open yet. Enjoyed morning coffee. Would have liked another casual/cafe dining option, maybe in the old dining area opening to the patio. Missed the indoor pool.」

「The staff were the friendliest people and took care of our requests right away. The property was marginal at best. Breakfast was ok, I always appreciate Hotel Waffles but that was the high point, Eggs and sausage was warm almost cold. The bathroom was clean but when I got ready to,take a shower the hot water only lasted about 3 minutes before turning cold. The room keys worked 25% of the time nd I had to have them reload 3 times with a 50% success rate. The room was noisy with paper thin walls,...

「This was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room was fresh, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the entire building looked well cared for. They offered an included breakfast and the rooms also have all the amenities needed to prepare your own food. There was also a nice bonfire area outside with comfortable seating. We would definitely stay here again!」
