"I really enjoyed my stay at the Royal Garden Hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean and modern which made my stay very comfortable. The staff is kind, helpful, and will go out of their way to fulfill any request. Location wise, it doesn’t get any better with quick access to the tube and a wide network of buses."

"This place is awful, please avoid. Moulding the bathrooms (really bad in the shower niche), covers over the smoke detectors which is probably illegal. Not sure if these covers are for the blow dryer that smokes as soon as you turn it on or the huge amount of steam from the bathroom since the bath fan barely works. Worst part is when the breaker flipped off all our lights at night the staff member somehow tried to blame us. We had a shower then pressed the button on the mirror to turn its lights on and it flipped the breaker. I’ve never had a staff member of a hotel act like this before. Rather than being apologetic for their dump of a basement ‘hotel room’ it’s somehow our fault that their wiring in the bathroom is so bad the condensation trips a breaker. I’ve stayed in bad hotels before with no issues. But things by far the worst. Do not stay here."

"This hotel is excellent value for money. Excellent Samsung TV picture. WiFi fast and stable. Bed comfortable. Very clean. The shower was over a bath which I don’t really like but has good water pressure. They have both USB and USB-C ports next to the bed. No fridge and can’t even supply a medical fridge for my medication. It’s a very basic hotel as the name states but the staff are helpful. The room is serviced everyday without requiring to request a room service. Not convenient for the London Underground tube station. The only concern is the area is not that safe. The hotel has the mentality of a Travelodge which this hotel used to be. The only difference is the bigger TV and the hotel has excellent air conditioning."

"Stayed here two nights before an international flight so it would be easy to get to the airport the morning we left. Moxy delivered on my expectations better than almost every other hotel during my two week stay in the UK. The property was clean, well staffed and all the staff even the cleaning people were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and quiet (somehow you can’t even hear the planes) and the breakfast buffet is great I highly recommend adding it on. The breakfast had options to cater to every taste and diet plus lots of places to sit. My only complaint is in the twin room you only got one pillow each."
