「Property was easy to find and parking available. Great breakfast. Expedia customers should be aware: Check-in instructions on Expedia are confusing and missing essential info. I followed notes from Expedia to contact property with arrival time, unfortunately property owner/manager stated they do not receive messages from Expedia and is unable to access customers email or phone number. 「DO NOT STAY HERE. Very disappointed with our experience. If you arrive after 10:00 p.m., be aware that the parking garage is closed and there is no front desk staff on duty. We had to find the after-hours entrance, and thankfully the overnight security guard was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, our room was another story. 「Everything was great」

「The bathtub was rusted, room was dusty, parking garage elevator was broken and apparently has been for a long time so you have to walk down the stairs if you need to park on the upper levels. Parts of the hotel did not have ventilation so there was no a/c blowing in the middle of summer .」

Visited the Sportsman Paradise restaurant on site. Food was good, but the staff not very attentive. Casino was clean and staff pleasant. Overall, decent and in a good location.」

「The gentleman that greeted us was friendly and efficient. The room was very spacious and included a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and kitchenware. We only used the refrigerator, which was clean and working well. The room itself was a little dated and needed some minor maintenance including a loose toilet seat and showerhead replacement. The bathroom is large, but towels are a good 4 feet from the shower with no nearby hooks, which is inconvenient. Breakfast was adequate.」

「Everything was exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious, clean, quiet. Internet good. Breakfast hot, good selections, and staff at breakfast exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered from check in to check out and even the person working around the hotel that we passed in the hallway went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.」
