"Night staff was amazing but day staff were extremely rude including the manager. The key cards for rooms were shut off at 1030am when checkout is not until 11am. Staff were extremely rude and disrespectful! It would have been a pleasant stay without the bad attitudes of day staff. I literally had to record to get them to reset my room key card. "

"WE enjoyed Drago's Restaurant very much. No breakfast restaurant available, Coffee Shop with breakfast sandwich was all we could find. Excellant Hotel & accomodations."

"The room had no light bulbs in the lamps, and was very hot. The worst was the cleanliness. Walls, surfaces and floors were filthy. I was not able to stay in a room in that condition and requested (and received) a complete refund"

Only issue was we never received any towels for the room, even after calling numerous times to get towels, so I eventually had to go out and purchase my own towels because I kept getting told the towels were not ready. Also there was no closet in the room so we didn’t have an iron. Other than that room was nice and neat."
