"Super friendly, efficient desk agents, receptive, thorough housecleaning staff & perfect location."

"The toilet didn’t work. The technician came up and fixed it, but when he left he lifted the plunger in a bucket over the bed and personal items. Unacceptable!!!! The toilet tissue and towels ran out, and we called but never got any assistance. Turn down service was not offered so the trash was running over. The remote in the living room wasn’t working properly, so they had to come and replace it. Not a good stay. "

"Everything was wonderful except for the shower. cld never get the water temperature hot, had to use the handheld shower to get some stronger power for the water having back issues after walking all day wld have been great to get a good hot string shower."
