「This hotel has by far the most outstanding group of employees, from Tori, who checked us in, to Virginia, who assisted Tori, to Kathi, the evening front desk person, and then to Mario, the shuttle driver. He was the most pleasant shuttle driver ever. You should be proud of the staff you have garnered.」

「Only complaint is there wasn’t enough umbrellas by the pool! The umbrellas that were used on the lower level for the tables were useless they should have used them by the pool. Also needed some chairs not just lounges. 」
