「Clean room. Big bed. There was no elevator but still nice. Updated bathroom. No air conditioner but there was one installed into our unit」

「Very nice reception staff and located in a good location, close to public transportation. Internal cleanliness and comfort are good. However, the building is quite old and there were several days when the lifts were out of order. 」

「Automated AI system to get in. It worked however if your phone dies you have no way to got in. Communitcation about our complaint that the room was unbelievably small and the building was unbearably hot resulted in AI automated responses and got no where. Although it was a hot day it made no sense why the room never cooled down. Room big enough for 1 person really. Double bed left hardly any floor space.」

「Modern, very clean, well laid out and roomy aparthotel room. The three of us enjoyed our stay in this lovely room. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The wifi and AC worked well and we slept well in the beds. When I had a question or request the host responded quickly. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close by St Paul's Cathedral. There is easy access to the tube. However, some sites like the Tate Modern or Borough Market are within walking distance. We would definitely...

「Upgraded to a two room apartment with two bathrooms and well furnished kitchen on third floor. The heater and guest bathroom had problems the first night of our stay. The 24hr reception was able to fix it the second day. The kitchen was well equipped with 4pots and knives were actually sharp! 5min walk to Gloucester station. Two nearby supermarkets to stock up! 」
