「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「Love Fairfield. Beautiful hotel. Close to everthing in old town Aiken. Everything looked new, spacious and so clean! Desk staff very helpful. Cleaning staff are gems!」

「The property is easy to find. We arrived late and there were still a few dining options open within a 10 minute ride and a Walmart directly across the street. The hotel room and facilities were very clean. I had a great nights rest! The staff was friendly and accommodating; they didn’t miss a beat. I love that they use Dove products too. It eliminated the need for me to use my own…a definite plus and convenience. In all, I was very impressed with my accommodations and the price was very fair....
