「I rented this hotel for a week last year and vowed that I would never go back. After listening to the advice from several others. Idecided to give it one more shot. I am very glad that I did. Everything from the rooms getting a new "facelift". To the pleasant greetings from the staff. All the way to the parking accommodations and quiet atmosphere. 」

「In dire need of proper facility maintenance. Many things broken or in poor repair, worn, dirty. Floors were filthy. I’m surprised corporate hasn’t shut this location down. Staff was pleasant.」

「As always, a spotless room, super front office staff, and conveniently located near the VA Hospital. They are "THE" place to stay while in Augusta. If I had to come up with a constructive criticism it would be the breakfast fare. It did not seem to measure up to the standards of a major hotel brand. Still, this is my home, away from home Every time that I am in Augusta, Georgia.」
