「There is nothing terrible about this hotel but there is also nothing special about it either. The rooms have a musty smell. The beds are comfortable enough. The included breakfast is what you would expect at most hotels. The location was great.」

「The Lookaway Inn is a beautiful historic property with immaculate grounds, spacious rooms and top notch hospitality. They offer a made to order breakfast in the main house with many interesting antiques. This is the best place to stay for any plans in Augusta or the surrounding community.」

「I have stayed at a lot of places, but this one was the best place I ever stayed, our room was right on the golf course, it was beautiful and they have the biggest pool I ever saw at any other resort, the staff is extra friendly, we had a good time with them I never was taken care of like I was here, they went out of their way to take care of my friend and I, I can't say enough good things about this beautiful resort!」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

At 10:30 p.m., I called the hotel to let them know he would be arriving after midnight. The clerk confirmed the reservation and assured me late check-in would not be a problem.
