「I can't say enough about this hotel! We came under difficult circumstances at 1 a.m. They treated us like family, so warm and accommodating. When they learned we were in town for our niece's wedding the whole staff signed a card for the newlyweds! Just an exceptional culture.」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「Being 83 year old having to use a cane to walk, I felt I should have been given a room on the first floor, especially since the facility did not have an elevator. They didn't have accessible rooms also. Maybe they should have a ramp for disabled people. Fortunately for me there were some kind people staying a the hotel, who help me with my luggage」
