「The hotel itself was pretty clean. In our room there were spots from the previous guest that were not cleaned up and the thermostat in our room needed to be replaced, it literally fell off the wall. The breakfast was disappointing. Most of the business in a 3 block radius are abondoned. 」

「This hotel has the potential to be amazing! This is due to the staff and the restaurant ONLY. I spent 5 days here and had issues with the plumbing all but 1 day. The hotel is in need of major renovations, as a matter of fact the renovations were taking place while we were there. Tyler is wonderful, kind and willing to make anything that goes wrong right immediately. 「Staff made this a very terrible experience. Niece was attacked and beat-up by her MOM, then kicked out the house. I Purchased a safe place for her to stay and hotel staff cancelled the room reservation, instead of calling me directly, to inquire further. I am also requesting a full-refund. I also would like to share visual evidence & a cell phone video of that fight incident. 」

I was moved to the room next-door, which had trash in the bathroom trashcan from the previous person and broken in half soap on the counter. They advertise free breakfast on Expedia and in the email confirmation I got. They had a breakfast area as well but they told me they don’t serve breakfast anymore. The odor of marijuana in the hallways is horrible.」
