「Ebony and Osha at the front desk are amazing, greetings with a sincere smile, friendly, professional and has exceptional hospitality. My stay along with my families was awesome. 「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We had a great experience staying at Fairfield. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options and was typical of what you’d expect at a continental hotel breakfast.
