「We received a friendly welcome at the hotel and had the keys, layout and rules explained. Room was airy and a good size. Bed was comfy. As room was on road was a bit noisy with windows open. Very pleased and will recommend and use again in the future.」

「自助式Check-in,老闆很熱心的讓我晚Check-in，因為我當天晚上十一點才抵達旅館。大致上旅館是乾淨，晚上也非常安靜。外面的街上也有許多餐廳與咖啡店可提供食物。 因為是老城市，我是可接受房間是比較舊式。」

「We had no running hot water other than the electric shower. No wardrobe just hangers on hooks. TV was the size of an iPad. Bottom bed sheet too small and forever coming off. Needs to be clearer when it states breakfast included but it is only cereal. Outside seating area not suitable as soiled with seagulls droppings」

「From walking in I loved it. Everything you need. Clean, spacious room, comfy bed, lovely fresh bedding, nice towels, tea/coffee making facilites, tv. Would defo recommend. When I come back to Whitby I will stay here again. Parking just outside.」
