Great location & lovely spacious room. Communication was exceptional & everything was easy to understand. We would recommend staying here as it’s very quiet but so easy to get into Whitby & a few metres from the beach. We have already said we want to stay again.

The rooms are spotless and spacious and very well equipped with everything you need. The parking is good and plenty of spaces in the street. It's a bit far from the front of town so be prepared for a bit of a walk, but there is a bus stop just a short distance away and of course taxi's are an option

Lovely clean room, everything you could need. First night was lovely, second night, which I know the owners cannot do anything about, but 2 smokers booked in and because we were near the front door, we were disturbed every 30-45 mins with them going out for a cigarette and being outside talking at 6.30am Saturday morning. Apart from that would stay again

Such a welcoming property. Smelt clean and welcoming. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Very comfortable bed. We had room 2 which had a bay window plus a lovely side window with view of the sea. Light and airy room with large bathroom. Parking permit provided for street parking. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you Dave and Emma. You have a beautiful well cared for establishment.

Emma and Dave were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble . It was so good having a kettle and a fridge in the apartment. A microwave would have been good, but I am not sure where it would have gone. Parking was easy as there was permit parking on the road, and permits were available on request. The Whalebone Arch is just a 5 minutes walk to the front, and there's loads of things to do, including an open top tour bus running throughout the day. Plenty of places to eat and drink. All in all a very good holiday..
