「Of course it was Boulder, CO so I had to pay a high price but I expected more value. The property was convieniently located and was basically kept clean. The problem is it is not well maintained for a facility of this stature. For example, the hand rails in the elevators were all loose and revealed that they were not properly installed. 「There was nobody there when I showed up at 6:30. I had to phone for instructions to get my key. This meant that I had to pay $19 in roaming charges to place the call. When I got into my room, I found that the Wi-Fi did not work. I went outside and walked around with my laptop and was able to find an area at the picnic bench on the lawn where I could get an intermittent Wi-Fi signal. Breakfast was mediocre.」

「It is a rustic motel that you park by the door to your room. I made a mistake making our reservation , only reserved for 1 night instead of the 2 we wanted but they found us another room for the second night. Staff was very helpful. Very clean. Showers were for short people. We did not use the pool but it looked clean. The continental breakfast was very simple. Fruit and cereal but we found a good breakfast place fairly close for eggs.」
