Had to ask for it the receptionist. TV is working but again had to ask for help to start watching it because it was not tuned properly.」

The room was disgusting the floors were filthy, there were dead bugs throughout the room, and the smell was horrible. The blanket also appeared dirty, very unsanitary. 「At 2 in the morning after PREPAYING FOR two nights and t road trouble they refused to check me in!!!! I’ve never been treated by an extended stay this way. They were going to book me anyway for the late arrival but to refuse me a check-in so late with NOWHERE to go I literally slept in the WAWA gas station parking lot down the road…. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Literally the worst service on EVER received」
