「Concord Hotel

「all 5 stars standard! only one small thing is the pillows are not ok」

「Average, i think everything is fine, but the mall near is quiet」

「Clerk could not find booking. Continued to dispute even after repeatedly show booking number and paid invoice. Argued that it must be for another branch. 15 mins later i got a key !! Not what you need at 11pm. Upon checkout counter not open. Even though sign on door and advertise 24 Hours. Did not get my key deposit back as I had to leave to get catch a flight. RM20 lost. 」

「the room is very very basic, where there is no hair dryer at the room, but u need to request from the reception. no shower cup provided. if you just only need to a simple stay, then i really recommend this hotel. this hotel give me such like own house. comfortable environment. the sound insulation is too bad.」
