The hotel is relatively inexpensive around Subang Jaya and Shah Alam. The rooms are spacious. Hotel staffs are very kind. However, you need to pay for he parking fee of RM8.00 every morning if you have a car to get to the hotel. .

I had a truly exceptional stay at the Geno Hotel. From the day shift to the night staff, the service was world-class. In all my travels, I have never been treated like just another guest; I felt like part of the family. The care from the entire team—from the managers to the young man at the front door—is unlike any other. I especially want to thank the restaurant staff. Every time I returned from shopping at the local shops, they seemed genuinely happy to see me, greeting me with huge smiles and a warm 'welcome back.' Even though it is time for me to return home to the U.S., I know I will be back in a few months and will definitely stay here again!- -See you all very soon. -Mrs. Noemi B

The room I stayed on the 15th floor is very clean and specious. WiFi speed has been faster than 6 month ago. The speed is more than 100 Mbps. The view from the room is very beautiful. However, laundry service price has been increased. It is better to go to a coin laundry near the hotel. Also, be careful of the parking per entry. Overall, the price is reasonable.

It was just for a night . the restaurant at level 1 made us wait for more than 40 minutes for the food as they forgot our order. Reason given : staff was trainee as she did not key in the system for our order. The room was average. It was the service that it is not good. There is nothing around the property building. No restaurant outside. Only 1 indian restaurant, KK mart.

When I check in, they assigned the wrong room type for me. I booked a king bed but a twin bed was given. The phone in room did not work and I had to walk down to the Front Office to ask for my room type, however they informed they are fully booked and not able to provide me with the room type. They were not apologetic at all.

マレーシア滞在中は毎回使っています、 部屋は、清潔できれいです。 高層階なので、眺望も良いです。 ホテルの前に、KKというコンビニと、いくつかのレストラン、コインランドリーもあります。 レンタカー利用の場合、広い駐車場もあり、便利です。 駐車料金は、1泊RM8ですが、日中に出入りする場合、最初の1時間でRM3徴収されるので、ご注意ください。
