「Customer service at the front desk is needed. We arrived and didn't know where to park so i went upfront and asked. The person stated a few sentences one by the stop sign one by the other side. I didn't understand how the garage parking worked. Decided to ask the following day and that person was so helpful. He gave me a map and a card that allowed you to come in & out of the garage and pay at the end of your stay verses per night.」

「Clean, quiet and centrally located to explore downtown on foot. The rooftop bar is beautiful and romantic. Room was serviced daily unlike some other hotels that have cut back room cleaning and laundry fill ins. On the negative side, the room was small. No drawers to unload suitcases. No sofa. No magnifying, lighted makeup mirror. Very much disliked the "barn door" on bathroom which was so heavy and sticky that my wife had trouble sliding it.」

「There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem. This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. There are elevators, but you won't know where it will take you. I walked a looong way to find my room. The stairwells are unfinished concrete. Some exits will take you through what looks like a concrete...
