This is the cutest hotel ever! We really loved how private and quiet it was, and the quirky decor and art were so cheerful. We also liked how we could just walk to several different restaurants.

One of my favorite hotels to stay at in my life! The hotel and my room was immaculate, check-in was easy and fast, the call to management for help was fast and very friendly, and the eclectic decor made it feel so much less like a sterile hotel. I’ll be staying here every time I visit Raleigh.

Super clean and quiet little no-frills location sitting in the shadows of two major hotels..no staff on site but unless you have some kind of weird emergency, there's no need..within walking distance to some pretty decent restaurants and REI and convenient to the I40/440 interchange..if you want peace and quiet and love a place that quietly flies under the radar, then check out Hive House...

We had a great stay overall. The room was very clean and modern, and the area felt safe with plenty of restaurants, stores, and other conveniences nearby. Everything was comfortable and well organized. The only small notes would be that the price felt a little on the higher side, and since the room faces a highway, the window sound insulation could be a bit better as some traffic noise can be heard. Overall, still a very nice place to stay.

Its was a really neat and well decorated hotel. It was VERY quiet when we were there. We only saw 2 other people despite the parking lot being full. I do wish it had a continental bkfast but each suite has a kitchen so really no need i guess. The lighting in the sitting area in room needs improvement. Other than that it was great. Enjoyed our one night stay.

Super cute property! There is not a check in desk, but there is a number you can call if you need anything. The room was clean but the bathroom was a little dirty. There was hair on the floor and the black tile didn’t help with the flecks of dirt. The rest of the room was good, but it was very dark especially the living room. The light in the living room was like a mood light. There were lamps but they were not very bright either. The main lighting in the bedroom was a lamp style light that was faced towards a mirror but the side lamps were the main source I used for lighting. I wouldn’t book this property if you sleep with it completely quiet. It is right beside the highway. They do provide ear plugs if needed. I bring my own fan everywhere so the traffic did not bother me. Just something to keep in mind! Overall this was a great hotel and I would stay here again. I felt safe and the decor was super cute. 10/10 for the wallpaper in the common area.
