"Overall good and reasonable accommodations. Walking distance to downtown and a free shuttle to Cog Rail is across the street. One thing was a surprise is they charge for overnight parking and it says nowhere when you book."

"Front desk and valet staff were very prompt and professional. The staff at the coffee bar left a lot to be desired, unfriendly and mumbled. The rooms were lovely as was the decor throughout the hotel. Location was perfect. "
