「Stayed for 5 nights, staff are all friendly, excellent room equipment, close to supermarket. The room design feels really great, but relatively wear and tear in kitchen equipments, and the washing machine is broken at my last night」

「Good value and nothing to complain at all. Very new hotel and clean. The location is convenient and near to airport and nearby shopping mall with super market n restaurants. Should definite come back in my next visit. The only drawback is limited car park. We had to park our car along the road outside the hotel which was dead end but got a fine ticket next morning. 」

「House keeping did a wonderful job, room was cleaned and tidy which made our stay really comfortable. However the water temperature for shower was not hot enough. Will be just warm if taking a bath. That’s the only downside need to be improved. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. thank you!」

「The property was kept at a clean and tidy condition. Less than 20-minute's drive to/from the airport and to/from the towncenter of Queenstown. There were excellent views from the lounge and bedrooms. The property must be accessed through an outdoor staircase of steel structure of about two storeys high from the carpark space. This requires additional efforts to take in/out large bagages. The property is highly recommended.」

「The place wasn’t clean at all. Couch’s and rugs needed cleaning. No dish towels, not enough toilet paper, no way to communicate to the property owners other than through Expedia, They gave.us one lousy key. If we had lost that keys it would have been days before we got back in. Soap containers in the shower were half full. Ran out of towels and at least they gave us more. Two days no gas. Gas was turned off. No hot showers. No hot anything. Owner didn’t even mention a credit or discount...
