Photos in the ad show great views. They say every property has a view, but ours did not. It was also very small and did not have hand soap. The staff was friendly though and did allow us to leave baggage with them in town on our last day.

The property was nice in a good location not far from town center however the studio was smaller than we thought it would be. The single room was just large enough for a king bed, a couple of end tables and 1 chair. There was also a closet and very small kitchenette. The bathroom was a good size and fairly luxurious though. Although small, we made do and it was convenient for us.

Good because of the spectacular view

Hands down the best location for the views to stay that l looked into- just spectacular- balcony is a must at sunset. Bedroom carpet freying & worn, toilet paper & tissues were appalling, massive chip off the basin in bathroom. High star shouldn't provide that type of amenities. We paid a lot aus for 6 nights - you're making money - fix the room to the standards it should be to what is charged. TV at night was garbage, its nice just watch something at night whilst winding down, lots of channels said no connection. Queenstown airport had better products. Appartment was acceptable because of the spectacular view given that & it was a 15 minute walk into town

So pleased to find these apartments, we chose the cheaper non lake facing studio room due to high cost of QT accom , we had 2 nights and absolutely perfect as we were out all day , so no need for amazing view . Absolutely LOVED the washing machine & drier and the safe parking almost outside our door , the location near town was excellent too . HIGHLY recommend.

Good walkable distance from Queenstown. Good view. Easy parking. A couple of things need fixing. Fridge door, gas fire takes a few goes to light. But on the whole nice cosy appartement.

The property was easy to access and it was nice to have a washer and drier in the unit (shared by both units). We found it was clean but small compared to what the pictures lead you to believe. The bed was firmer which to us was not comfortable. The place is walkable to downtown to access shopping and restaurants.

Spacious, convenient, with gorgeous view

I’d defnitley stay again. All the conveniences needed in a home were there. The bed was very comfortable and the tea and coffee and milk were great at the end of the day while watching the view from the living room. The washer and dryer was a great amenity. Only a 15minutes walk to town at a normal to brisk pace. About a ten minute car or bus ride to the airport. The stop is directly in front of the Apartment. We were there for three days and did not need a car. A bus pass did just fine for two people. Check in was easy as well as checkout. The entire area felt very safe as well. I highly recommend this place.

The “premium studio“ was half the size of all the hotel rooms we have stayed in throughout New Zealand. It was more like a college dormitory room. Undecorated, bare walls, tiny. The floor to ceiling blinds did not keep light out and the “garden view“ was a view of the steps up to the room. The walls were thin; we heard our neighbor’s every move. Heater didn’t work. No human contact with staff. No paperwork in room explaining where things were and how to use them.

It’s not a studio apartment. It’s a small room with some cooking facilities in a small area. There are no signs outside with the name or street number of the property. Could not have found it without the help of a woman from another hotel. I was not sent the check in information. The same woman found this out for me. The room was clean except for the blinds that were thick with dust. Not good value for money.

Would not book again. Not clean. Plates were dirty and 4 items were chipped. Tea and coffee provided but no sugar and no milk. Toilet roll was empty so had to do that too. Under bed was drink caps and other assorted rubbish . Found this when I dropped my earring and was looking. The aircon was absolutely noisy and had to switch off and use the extra blanket which was chucked in top cupboard in a ball. Very expensive for a shoe box studio with a hard bed. Positives... close to Queenstown, Shared washer/dryer

The property was very tidy and clean. Good parking and location. It was tiny with a handy kitchenette. A little annoyingly though, there were great things like coffee and a sewing kit provided… but no milk or soap! We also didn’t realise that the unit was not serviced.
