"Very enjoyable and great location"

"The room needs an upgrade. The furniture is visibly stained and overused. The basic commodities like toiletries, water boiler, thee or coffee were not available in the room. The opening/ closing hours of front desk are not included in this information about the property. Also Needs to be updated! The front desk clerk can’t hear well and the customer has to speak very loudly to communicate. Not very welcoming. Nothing against anyone but a hearing aid or upgrade of the hearing aid will help...

"Rating: 5 out of 5 stars, I would give 6 starts :) Amazing stay for the whole family! We stayed here for two nights in a Junior Suite room with our adult son. We loved the hotel location and the room. It was really comfortable staying for parents and our son. Staff members were nice. Easy access to all local transportation and Oberhausen Centro and Aquapark. We will come back!"

"die unterkunft bot alles was man braucht als radreisender zu übernachten. das bett ist sehr bequem! die wohnung befindet sich im dachgeschoss. sehr heiss im sommer! hier würde eine stärkere klimaanlage abhilfe schaffen. "
