酒店整体不错，只是酒店餐厅没有晚餐供应。还好酒店对面有亚洲超市，附近有大型商场，这可解决吃的问题。

We stayed in the junior suite and had an amazing time. We liked the bathroom the most, dark with lights..shower and a bath with television.. Te room was just perfect with a separate toilet a perfect bed and more.

The room is totally different from the photos we saw on hotels.com. It was totally another. There stated that all rooms are air-conditioned but it is not. The railroad is just behind the hotel. If there's no air-con, we need to open the window but heavy noises came. So we enquire this with the front desk, the reception man is behaving madly (we don't know why!) He led us to see another room upon our strong request but he is in fact "running" while we have to run & chase him after. So weired! Then he smashed the door of the reception and refuse to open the door anymore (even another guests came in and want to check-in). Everybody knocked at the door and he eventually open the door and said, "Go! you guys! Go away!" And want to hit some of us. Someone had already took video and complain. We also complained with hotels.com immediately. Thanks to their help, we are able to cancel the booking and get contact with the daytime hotel manager who seems to be reasonable and promise to investigate this incident after we all victims showed him the video! This is the most weird experience i have ever had! Won't consider to stay at hotels under Mecure Group coz it seems no management at all (even we believed the general manager is a reasonble kind gentleman, we doubt how come a hotel group like Mecure could allow a front desk reception staff to behave llike this (there's over 7-8 people at the scene who can testify)!

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, hell und mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet! Wir mochten die kurze Entfernung zur Turbinenhalle, wo wir ein Event besucht haben! Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

A nice hotel to stay at. My room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Good amenities, overall, except no fridge. The front desk service was good. It was convenient for me to stay here based on my visit to Oberhausen. I recommend staying here.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich an der Rezeption begrüßt auch das restliche Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Das Frühstück war auch super. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen und weiter empfehlen.
