If you are looking to stay here and have a need for internet look elsewhere. The rooms are a good size and towels are great bu5 the WiFi is abysmal. High speed WiFi what a joke speed test 1.15 mbps yes 1.15 There is no wifi in lobby there is no wifi in breakfast and that much concrete that data signal cannot penetrate. When rises with front desk they wipe their hands of it and either say the investors will not spend money then it is the hotel is being sold nd we canno5 spend money DO NO5 STAY

Over all good

Over all good, the reception is friendly, the place is clean and offers what you expect. The bed might be a bit to hard for me, but that is a personal thing. The wifi needs an Update, 2024 and just scraping by on two bars is not acceptable. Breakfeast was good, but at 20€ pr day it is in the heavy end. Did not eat dinner at the hotel.

They were pretty great, they had an available room right in the midst of the Eurocup which was great. AC in the rooms was awesome. They were on top of things. The only negative was the lack of speedy wifi in the room.

Das Zimmer auf der zehnten Etage war sauber und angenehm. Der Checkin verlief ein bisschen holprig. Frühstück haben wir nicht eingenommen. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür sind natürlich super. Die VIP Access Vorteile haben wir nicht erhalten (jedenfalls sind wir nicht darüber informiert worden).

On nous informe le jour même par mail dans l'après-midi que l'accueil ferme à 23h. Habituellement dans les hôtels on peut arriver à toute heure. La caisse du parking n'accepte que du paiement en liquide, impossible de payer par carte et le comble c'est que la caisse ne fonctionnait pas. On appelle l'assistance qui nous indique qu'il est possible de payer à l'accueil de l'hôtel et à l'accueil on nois indique que le parking est dissocié de l'hôtel et qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire.

Ok, aber ob ein zweiter Besuch in Frage kommt?!?

Also das Hotel hat ganz dringend einen Maler Trupp notwendig. Generell ist gutes Hotel, aber wenn man sich um sieht, Wände abgenutzt usw. Rasierspiegel vie fast von der Wand ab. Positive am Zimmer, es gab eine Badewanne;) Frühstück war top, auch das Frühstück Personal hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt und war sehr zuvorkommend. Ich bin beruflich min. 10tage im Monat im Hotel, daher kenne ich die Unterschiede.

Wir waren mit Kind vor Ort und haben ein Zimmer bekommen, dass aus unserer Sicht so nicht hätte vermietet werden dürfen. Die Klimaanlage war nicht funktionsfähig, da der Drehschalter abgebrochen war. In einem Haus mit 120+ Zimmern erwarte ich, dass dies auch an einem Freitag um 17 Uhr sofort behoben wird. Stattdessen sah ich mich gezwungen die Abdeckung selbst zu demontieren um die Anlage in Betrieb nehmen zu können, damit das Zimmer (ohne zu öffnendes Fenster) klimatisiert werden konnte. Dass das TV-Möbel ursprünglich mal an der Wand befestigt war, fiel uns erst auf den zweiten Blick auf, da noch die Schrauben herausguckten. Ein klares NO GO mit Kindern im Zimmer. Auch hier sah man an der Rezeption keine Notwendigkeit zur Abstellung. Einen Servicegedanken konnte ich an der Rezeption nicht erkennen. Stattdessen bekam ich eine Belehrung, warum standardmäßig nur eine Zimmerkarte für 3 Personen ausgestellt wird. Da die Karte zur Nutzung des Fahrstuhls erforderlich ist, erwarte ich grundsätzlich mindestens zwei Karten. Wie ich in einer weiteren Belehrung durch das Rezeptionspersonal erfahren durfte hat man auch auf das Frühstück keinen Einfluss, da dies durch einen Dienstleister erbracht wird. Darüber war ich sehr froh, da wenigstens das Frühstück eine große Vielfalt geboten hat und mit frischem Spiegelei und Omelett, sowie freundlichem Personal überzeugte. (eine gesonderte Bewertung des Frühstücks ist leider nicht möglich.)

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Man bekommt dann doch alles mit, was auf der Straße passiert. Ansonsten ist das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind angenehm ausgestattet. Ein kleiner Anstrich wäre mal wieder fällig. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.
