Equipe descompromissada (exceção feita ao time do restaurante que foi extremamente simpático e atencioso , além de servir um dos melhores bolonhesas que já comi !!!) Não fizeram questão de ser simpáticos em nenhum momento . Não arrumaram o quarto durante nossa estadia (ficamos 2 noites) . Enfim , equipe com treinamento ruim entrega resultado mediano . Hotel antigo mas reformado . Quarto espaçoso . Banheiro e chuveiros bons. Cama muito confortável . Travesseiro muito ruim . Tolle Lage, Kundenservice eher unbefriedigend

Das Hotel ist sehr schöne gelegen, tolle Gegend! Leider waren wir vom Service enttäuscht, da wir vorgängig tolle Bewertungen gelesen hatten. Beim Empfang wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass die Zimmer nicht täglich gereinigt werden. Wir waren dann erstaunt, dass das Zimmer tags darauf nicht gereinigt war. Der Teppichboden - ein brauner Veloursteppich - verzeiht nichts! Wir haben nachgefragt und erfahren, dass die Kunden nicht mehr wünschen, dass während des Aufenthalts das Zimmer gereinigt wird. Leider wurde uns das bei der Zimmerübergabe nicht mitgeteilt und im Zimmer war nur erwähnt, dass die Badezimmerwäsche nur nach Bedarf ersetzt werden, was wir unterstützen. Man hat uns dann versichert, dass auf unseren Wunsch hin das Zimmer für die kommende Nacht gereinigt wird. Am Abend war das Zimmer wieder nicht gereinigt worden (z.B. war auch der Mistkübel voll, Kaffeebeutel fehlten etc.). Bei der Nachfrage an der Rezeption erhielten wir zur Antwort, dass sie informiert wurden, dass die Zimmer gereinigt wurden. Bei uns nicht!!! Tags darauf bei der Abreise, wurde nicht nachgefragt, ob es uns gefallen hat. Die abreisenden Gäste vor uns wurden gefragt. Auch im Restaurant gab es ein Missverständnis betreffend der Reservierung des Tisches und man hat uns gesagt, dass es wohl jemand falsch verstanden hat. Dabei haben wir am Tag davor bei der Person gebucht, welche es auf einen Kollegen/-in abschieben wollte. Schade. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr idyllisch, vielleicht hatten wir einfach Pech!
