This hotel is really clean. I was treated to room service everyday. The spa was beautiful well kept and lots of relaxing seating. They had tea on the go whenever you want. The hotel location suited me because i was visiting my family, but the area is very isolated not much going on. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I did not have breakfast because i thought it should've been included!

I liked the room decoration, fueniture and amenities. That it is not noisy and it is very clean. Also liked the restaurant. Didn’t love that we had to book in advance for a table at the restaurant and we didn’t know this.

Wir sind sehr glücklich mit der Unterkunft gewesen. Wir waren auf Schalke zu Fußball, von dort aus ist es nur ein Katzensprung mit dem Taxi zum Stadion. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Sportsbar, die mit dem Restaurant und dem Hotel verbunden ist, das war der perfekte Trip in angenehmer Atmosphäre.

Immer schön dort zu übernachten....aber hier und da gibt es doch Verschleiß zu erkennen. Putzkräfte und Hausmeister sollten mehr aufmerksam hinschauen...!

Tolles Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, Super Fitness - Raum - leider Sauna ( die super ist ) komplett wegen Energiesparmassnahmen geschlossen, was bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich war - und mein eigentliches einziges Hauptkriterium zur Wahl der Unterkunft darstellte. Somit ist mein Lieblingshotel im Ruhrpott von Platz 1 deutlich nach unten gerutscht, sehr schade !

Alles gut aber ein wichtiges Detail ist verbesseru

Toilettenbürsten sollten auch aus dem Ständer gezogen werden ohne daß man den (schmutzigen) Ständer mit der zweiten Hand festhalten muss. Die hier waren fest verklemmt. Design schlägt Funktion, möchte ich mal sagen......

Wir waren schon des Öfteren dort und es war immer sehr gut. Diesmal hatten wir leider Pech mit dem Zimmer. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür zum Nebenzimmer die leider nicht schalldicht war. Die Planung war nicht glücklich, da im Nebenzimmer ein Kleinkind war, welches die halbe Nacht geweint hat. An Schlaf war nicht zudenken. Sind dann in der Nacht noch umgezogen in ein anderes Zimmer. Dafür Danke an den Mitarbeiter der sehr kurzfristig und professionell geholfen hat. Sonst war alles wieder top.

Auch wenn die Bahnlinie direkt an meinem Zimmer ist, so kann man durch die vom Hotel zur Vergügung gestellten Ohropax fast nichts hören. Ansonsten wirklich anständiges und empfehlenswertes Hotel.
