「Everything was lovely and the staff were great. I had a free day and asked what I could do nearby. I ended up having a lovely morning with Audry (member of staff) who cycled with me (hotel bicycle) to a nearby archaeological site where we had a walk around. Extra thanks to Audry for talking in English and making my stay special. 」

「從一訂到飯店後就收到飯店的來信跟我們確認到達時間，
雖然我們的火車 有延誤，
但飯店還是有派人到車站接我們，
房間內的設備很完善，
還有按摩浴缸使用，
到凌晨四點隔壁的餐廳都還放著音樂，
但完全不影響住宿睡眠，
床很舒適，
早餐的樣式雖不多，
但服務人員很有禮貌，
還有新鮮現打果汁，
可邊吃邊欣賞外面的街景,
很值得住宿。」

「On the morning of October 1st we were caught in a heavy downpour at Machu Picchu and ended up completely soaked. Even though we had already checked out, we went back to the Inkaterra front desk in the afternoon to ask for help. The two ladies and one gentleman who received us were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and very efficient. They quickly arranged access to the spa so we could take a hot shower, and the front desk kindly helped dry our coats and shoes.
