Room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly. The hotel was great for the price but there is a field nearby which had a lot of noise especially at night. Overall, great for the price.

The staff were lovely, breakfast was very nice, rooms were clean, beds comfy, also a 5 min walk to the train station. Best of all, a shower where the water gets hot fast, and water pressure that nearly knocks you over!

room was clean, the bathroom was quite large and also very clean! the staff was extremely kind and answered all our questions. the provided breakfast every morning was simple but delicious, and bonus points for it being buffet style! it was very close to both the train station and the main market in aguas calientes, with the bus stand to machu pichu being a 10-15 min walk away in the morning. they also have an elevator in the building, which we weren’t expect but was very nice to not have to climb flights with our things!

Its hard to write a review for a 54 dollar a night hotel but as that seems to be the going rate for the area (with two expensive exceptions). Two stars for a two star hotel seems appropriate. making a customer wait until EXACTLY noon before they would give you a towel to use while they are holding all your luggage is ridiculous by anyone's definition. It is worth the money as long as you have no expectations of anything nice.

Staff was very helpful but Bed sheet was dirty and washroom shower was terrible, mold every where . Terrible mattress. We only booked for one night and stay awake the entire night because mattress springs were squeaky, I will never book this hotel again . I had terrible experience.
