「Someone was in my room when I arrived. The hotel wanted him to go but I don't want a room that is not clean. They gave me another room but the hotel had no water at first then no hot water for the duration of my stay. The light outside the room was not working so I had to use the light of my phone. It could be a nice hotel but need bit of work.」

「The hotel is located right besides the train station. Mini market, cafe, restaurant are just next to the hotel. The staffs are very friendly and can cook the breakfast according to our preference. The property is newly renovated. rooms are very clean. It is just a small hostel providing bed and breakfast. So don't expect any add on facilities.」

「Alex saves the day! We had transfer arranged prior to arrival with another operator, but it was cancelled a day before. Alex managed to help us secure a transfer despite short notice. He also kindly helped kept our luggage when we head to Machu Picchu. The accommodation itself is charming, and the breakfast spread was pretty good.」
