"Good location a few minutes walk from Paddington station. The staff were great, very welcoming and friendly. Our room was quite small and even though i had paid extra for a room with a window it was a tiny little slit in one angled corner of the room, so the room was exceptionally dark. Lighting in the bathroom is incredibly bright, no option for a dimmer setting/night time lighting, like some other hotels like this such as premier inn hubs. Sockets on only one side of the bed which is a negative when two people are staying and want to charge phones etc"

No reception, but quick response to email/messaging services. Free luggage storage lockers are available. This is normally on the morning of the booking rather than 24 hour before as shown."
