「The only thing that they lacked is the fact that its a VIP accommodation but there are not VIP upgrades. I got there at 10am and the receptionist didn’t attend to my request saying the room wasn’t available. I checked the night before to see if i can book it and it was available. Therefore, my Expedia reservation and status wasn’t recognized by the hotel. Ismael, Gerson and Francisco the reception were very welcoming and helpful. The location is good if you want to walk around the city center. 」

「Our family had a great stay at this property. It was spacious and clean. The pools are a plus if you have kids. James, at the front desk, was very helpful in giving us some tips and recommendations. 」
