Our stay was really good! The place is spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable, and we felt very relaxed during our stay. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

La cocina totalmente equipada, todo el departamento esta muy bien equipado, buena atencion. Buena ubicacion, lo recomiendo ampliamante.

Todo excelente la atención rápida del anfitrión, las habitaciones limpias, tiene muchas cosas utiles en la cocina, la terraza excelente y la lavanderia con tallador muy bueno, las habitaciones con A/C excelente hacen la estadía muy cómoda, las camas bien tambien. Lo único malo es que la habitación que rentamos estaba en el 4to piso SIN ELEVADOR y eso fue muy cansado. Quizás si lo mencionan y no leímos ese detalle y si no está deberían agregarlo.

Todo en óptimas condiciones, minúsculos detalles. Solo poco de contrariedad en la recepción de las llaves para ingresar. En general, una muy agradable experiencia.

Il y a quelques magasins et restaurants à proximité. Et comme partout à PV il y a une pharmacie, un Oxxo et un Frisco où les deux (dépanneurs) à chaque 2 rues. L'appartement était au rez-de-chaussée. L'appartement est très spacieux. Une grande cuisine complètement équipé. Un ensemble vaisselle pour 4 personnes. Par contre, il y avait trop de fourmis. Elle est venue mettre un produit le lendemain mais ça n'a pas vraiment aidé. Une grande salle à manger avec un grande table pour 6 à 8 personnes. Un beau salon avec un petit divan, une grande chaise et une belle petite table. Les 3 pieces sont à l'air ouverte. Également, il y a une moyenne télévision (Netflix inclus). Il y a 4 ventilateurs plafonniers: salle à manger, salon et les 2 chambres à coucher.L'air climatisé n'est pas centrale donc il y en a une dans chaque chambre à coucher. La salle de bain est standard. Le patio est petit, très privé mais pas la meilleure vue. Étant donné qu'on était en début septembre(la saison de pluie et de chaleur intense) le mur du patio bloquait le vent d'entrée, trop chaud pour en profiter. La communication avec le proprio était excellente appart d'une situation. J'ai brisé 1 des 4 verres. Je l'ai avisé. Il m'a donné 2 choix: #1 me charger 20$USD où #2 le remplacer par un verre très semblable. Finalement, j'ai acheté un nouvel ensemble de 4 verres neufs presque pareil et je lui ai laissé les 3 autres quand-même. Il m'a chargé 20$USD tout de même. Malgré ça je le recommande fortement!
